Does she have any discharge from her nostrils?  Can you open her mouth and see if anything looks unusual?  Does she have any lesions in her throat?

Wow, that's a lot of skunks.  How did they get into the pen?  You may want to shore things up because, if a skunk can get in, then other critters, like raccoons, can get in, too.  Good luck!  We had a whole family...
Is there a problem with keeping your birds penned?  You can let them out to free range when you are there to supervise.  Personally, all my chickens are pets.  They all have names and little personalities of their own....
