Forget that resource. I have never seen that many errors!   The biggest problem is that your colors will not be up to standard anymore. Blacks will be rusty etc...
What other salmon is there? ;)   E^Wh/E^Wh Mh/Mh S/(S). May be another red enhancer, but the mode of inheritance is also autosomal dominant.
Porcelain.   contains Co/Co Columbian dominant lav/lav lavender recessive mo/mo mottled recessive is based on gold s+/(s+) not silver S/(S)
RIR are not unicolour but blacktail eg E^Wh Co Mh.   Sounds like a recessive white popping up, but that is not common in RIR and sussex.
In thailand those gamy chickens often take a waterbath instead of a sandbath. Some of our dutch breeds like groningen gulls scratch in shallow water or mud. I was baffled.

Yes, pea-hens do that too.   I was referring to the colors of the purebreed peacock (google them). When you google, look for spurs on the hens.
The dark (blue?) feathers in the neck, and maybe the spurs.
I think the hybrid is a male.   I would like to see a peacock * turkey
