If they are only nine weeks old i'm sorry to say but they are definatly males.
Thanks so much for the info.  What age would you consider them fully grown?
lol I have the exact same pair.  They were sexed as females by ideal hatchery.  My fawn and white runner is crested and she is twice the size as my black non crested runner.  Mine are 4 weeks old I think non crested...
Here are the same chicks from my "big and small"  post they are now almost 4 weeks old.  No question that he is a rooLittle peanut is such a cutie
It happens when their crops are full and you accidently squeeze their crops.  This has happened with my ducklings before.
My baby girl indian runners are now about 3 1/2 weeks old and getting big.  They are starting to get a few feathers.  My adult male Pekin is 5 years old he hasn't had any company for months and I'm so exited for him to have...
I had this happen with a rat.  Just pop it once in the head with a hammer it is painless and it will die instantly if you do it hard enough.
Oegb are not bred for fighting and they are very sweet and docile (at least every one i've ever had has been) in my opinion they are the best breed ever.  I'm not sure about cubalayas though.
They might eat a wasp once.  :o  Then they learn their lesson.  I watched one of my ducklings catch a hornet and try to eat it but it stung her inside the mouth and she quickly spit it out.
The darker one is a mille fleur d'uccle and the other one looks to also be a d'uccle but i'm not sure of the color.  Could be a light colored gold neck...They are both beautiful where did you get them?
