completely normal, don't worry.  I have 16 hens and did not get one single egg yesterday.  You will also notice that eggs will come in all shapes and sizes and sometimes really weird looking.

My girls moult just like the picture and now they are fully feathered.  I only have a couple that start at the neck.  Looks like moulting to me as well.

I once saw a "fool blooded hound dog" for sale.  Who's the fool here?
