Ive heard people say not to breed brother to sister for genetic reasons but others say theyve done it with no problem. What are your thoughts on this? Please explain it so its easy to understand, im clueless about genetics haha.

I feed the Nutrena brand in either the regular or the nature wise. Ive heard of good reviews on the brand and my chickens seem to like it. Its about $15 for 50 lbs.
