I'm sorry you're having to get rid of your chickens.  Am I missing something tho?  It says the ordinance against chickens on less than 2 acres has been in place since 1972......long before you got your chickens.

You need to quarentine her and then when that time period has passed introduce them slowly.  Trying to introduce one new bird to an established group of hens almost never goes well for the lone bird.
