I really need to get guineas for ticks. I have 4 chickens that are all sweeties and I want to get 2 full grown female guineas. What is the best course of action for me?
I am looking at getting some full grown or young guinea fowl in the York PA area. No keets.

I had to give my girl lotramin the athletes foot stuff. It is a constant battle but she is still with me. I got the large equate version at walmart and give her 3 squirts a day into her mouth. I wrote on this extensively a few posts ago.
Oh also if u look at my video u can see how wobbly her crop is.
Miranda : she hates being away from her sister so she has been out eating what they eat. I found that since her case was so severe that it didnt matter what food I gave her. If you can isolate her and give her that diet then totally go...

Oh Susie, Olive Oil is bad for sour crop, but good for an impacted crop (its sooooo dang confusing I know!). She sounds like she has sour crop though.
