Definitely cull and dispose of far away from your animals. I did something similar and paid the price. Lost my flock and had to start over.   I would not waste the $ or time to try and heal. That's what I did and wasn't successful....

Breaking out the heated  waterers today. Been breaking up ice  off and on since last week. One heated dog bowl and one that will go under my 3 gallon metal waterer. The girls empty that dog bowl way to fast.

Kept mine in  24/7 for a week. After that they knew where home was. Whether free ranging or in the run come dark they are in the coop and on the roost.
