I have a holly tree on the outside of my fence that hangs over into their run for more than 10 yrs now.  I've never seen them eat the berries or had any go sick on me so it should be fine.

I think the humidity would be an issue, too high for where that lone one should be.  Do you have a broody hen who could babysit that one until your others hatch?
You can let her take care of everything.  I have two broodys raising chicks in the flock now.  I let the moms sit on the eggs at first but ended up taking them away and incubating them inside and giving the chicks back to them...
