In my opinion, if you have very spacious space to free range, you can put the mom with her baby outside with other, since they have no fight to do over thing. But, if you don't have super spacious space, keep the hen with her baby...
wow, congratulation.. :)   keep it closed and running smooth. Don't forget to check the humidity too, they need high enough humidity at the end of incubation days..   and don't forget to share the pics.. :)  good...
I would suggest you to move the nestbox together with the hen and eggs at night to a better place like room and provide it with a heater, simple cheap heater will do, make sure to check the safety of heater electricity  like cable...
have you get the humidity high enough? and not to open and open the bator over and over? raise the humidity and keep it above 70% since they seemed to have a problem in releasing themselves from their former home. good luck for you.
well, I only own a homemade bator.. in my experience, all you need to do is raising humidity to above 60% and not to disturb the eggs anymore like candling or turning it over and wait for those little fluffy out of their shield....

open plugs to let the 'juicy air' out so the humidity level will decrease soon. but be aware for the temperature fluctuation that will occur caused by that action.   try to minimize temperature swing too fast.
