Ok my broody hen just got FIRED!...I went out and took her off the nest to get her to do her business, etc...Out of 24 eggs there were 23 left and she had egg yolk all over her face!...If she eats an egg a day there will not be too many...

OMG this would have given me a heart attack!...This is my biggest fear...finding a snake in the coop!...I know they can be good but I just don't handle them well....So happy you you ended it's ability to keep coming back but so sorry you...
