HEChicken is correct, 100% hatches don't always happen. It might hatch just fine, it might not. Just keep your fingers crossed and keep an eye on it. Good luck!

That temperature is just fine for the chick. The humidity is too high though. Do you have a bent hole you can open to let the humidity drop a little? Congrats on the chick! We need pictures!
Temperature shouldn't change as they tach, but humidity usually rises? What kind of incubator are you using?
