I think two weeks is too young. Wait until around four weeks to put them outside during the day, and then around at around five to six weeks (depending on how feathered they are by then) they can start spending the night outside.
I name all of my chickens, but only once they're mature and I know who I'm keeping, what color they'll be as adults, and gender of course. Every single one of my adult chickens has a name, and yes, of course I know who each one is.
I like wyandottes better because there are more colors. But that's because I'm a sucker for interesting colors! Both are nice breeds, though. And seeing as you're going for blue either way... Hmmm, I still think I like the wyandottes...
