Silkies are very hard to sex. But looking at the pic lack of vault along with its forehead looking kind of slicked back would indicate a male. Dont quote me on this though. Youll just have to wait until it gets a bit older to really tell.

They are still to young to tell what sex. And w/ feed store/hatchery silkies you might have to wait 3-4 months till you can really tell if not longer. Or you might have to wait until they crow or lay an egg.
