You have to be carfeul on the fruit trees. The birds will eat any and everything.   For example the Cherries migh tnot harm them but the bark if they it it will kill them. Check with a local nursery

If you are planning on getting the small teal use 1.5 x 1.5 inch netting. They can get through the 2x2 if they hit it just right.

For Ruddies and any other divers you need to have half your pen or close to it be in water with the dippest part being around three foot. It also needs have free water pumped in it daily. We run our well 24/7

When you get some free time feel free to come plant some bushes and trees in mine :)

How big is your aviary going to be? and what kind of divers?   you need more surface water for divers not necessarily deep. Ours is only 3.5 deepest at the drain site. but almost hald out pen is water Most divers never leave...
