I thought Sumatra but don't they have pea combs? Or could they have single combs?  
Does the black one have a pea comb? Are they bantams? If so I think they are both Bantam Easter Eggers.   How old are they?

Could be but it would help to have some type of common item in the picture with them so we can gauge the actual size.  
It has been a while since I had ducks but I do remember that the females quack and make a lot of noise  and the males are rather quiet.  The males will get a curly tail feather.  I just don't remember at what age all...

Silkies can be difficult.  Sometimes you can tell by behavior if they have hatch mates.  The cockerels will chest bump and love to play domination games.  Pullets will do this also but not to the same extent. ...
