Could you post a picture with a direct view of their combs?   
She does get greens.  Collard and more.  I also have free choice oyster shell in her coop. I do hope her egg laying abilities straighten out.  I can not keep her if this continues. Eventually the others will figure...
Just a regular 16% protein layer.  The other chickens in that pen that have started laying, lay normal eggs.

You will probably get green eggs from her.  
I think you have a good idea.  Are your pullets getting ready to lay soon?  Eventually the hens may get tired of guarding the nesting boxes if they have something better to do.  
It is best to have nesting boxes from the start so they learn to lay in them.  If they make a nest on the floor eventually some of the eggs will get kicked out and get dirty.  Any heavy box that they cannot turn over will...

At her age I think you can expect to see an egg soon. Has she been squatting yet?  That is a sure sign that she would lay soon.
