How old are they now?   I recommend at least 3 square foot per duck inside if they are out free during the day and IF THEY ARE ONLY IN AT NIGHT or during really bad weather. If they are constantly contained...8-10 square foot...

The one that is molting now was not...she was hatched in 2011...but the two from 2012 I have are not molting yet at all....
