Something I have never seen through my several years of showing was a great (even good) BBR Cubalaya standard size at a show. I tried to raise them for a couple year but never had any luck.

Chicken eggs? If that is the case then they are a week overdue. I would be surprised if they are alive. Was the temperature correct? 
If the leg is in pretty bad condition then I would consider culling her. I've never seen a chicken recover from the condition you described. I've had a couple over the years.
Looks like a hatchery Rhode Island Red if I had to guess. They are lesser quality sometimes and not as dark red.
