The noise level is getting out of control! We bought the french guinea hens to eat mostly but am thinking about selling a few - what is a reasonable price they are about four months old and weight about three lbs(the males).

I've been hearing peeping and four eggs have little cracks - so we'll see. Four silkie eggs and 16 quail eggs so far nothing from quail eggs. Not due to hatch til tomorrow. Some hope there - wish it would cool off here!

Have three more days til lock down, I noticed temp 103 for a little while. it is in the garage and it is summer here in south texas - serious heat now. My quail seem to hatch no matter what - not sure about silkies will wait - anyone...

I just love that - now I'm really excited! My silkie hens - 4 of them are setting on eggs(quail and silkies) too. That is too cute!

Just started with 4 silkies, will add quail Sunday. Hopefully they will hatch around the 17th. 4 silkie hens sitting on eggs too!
