excercise is great for anxiety. expecially for nightime.  good for you too.  I find it is impossible to "shut my brain off" on days I don't excersice.

we use a cooler with frozen gallon jugs, I also add a little cider vineger to keep the water from getting yuckie overnight, big bags for the chickens
