I have told my DH that I'm not the only person that takes their chicken for rides.  I have taken Z to Capt.D's, Church's Chicken and the drive thru at Walgreens, they love her there. I just haven't taken any pictures to share....
I am so happy that penny has found a new friend in clara.  I think its Gloria incarnate.  Love her already.
Extremely informative thread. I have never really thought about having any restriction on the type of animal that you could raise or have as a pet.    Thank you for this wonderful gift of knowledge and understanding.
So very sorry for your loss.  Like many here, I truly enjoyed the exploits of Stan the man.  He will be missed by all. Sending prayers and hugs.
Thank you for your answers. I guess I really wasn't thinking about the molting process, was just worried about her.  She is loved and brings so much joy and laughter to this family.   Thank you again, Ann
I have a 2.5 y/o Barred Rock hen that's our house chicken. She's not been her happy-go-lucky self recently. She is going through a molt so she's not laying, that's not the problem. She gets a good quality feed, crumbles, not pellets...
So sorry for your loss.  Hugs and prayers heading your way.
We need Gloria and her famous "Stink-eye".  Sending healing light and prayers.
Sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry to hear about little Marie.  She really loved you, sharing her last moments content on your lap and giving you all her love. will keep the both of you in our thoughts. Ann
