If your talking about the leftover turkey carcasses from thankgiving, yes.  My girls love it and they will pick every last bit of meat off it. After all chickens are omnivores.
I've had several hens hatch out ducklings.  I had better luck with the hens hatching them out than the ducks.  I had a silkie hen who rolled 3 duck eggs under the chicken coop and hatched all 3.  It was so cute.
Our barn cats will eat any horse feed that is spilled.  I don't think it will hurt her.
My terrier has done this a couple of times and all I did was clean it and wrap the foot in vetrap for a few days so he wouldn't hit it on any thing as it was sore to the touch.
