I have a 4 month old Queensland heeler puppy who is good for the most part, but if she sees another dog she goes crazy. She wants to play with whatever dog and will not listen to me when I say come, whistle, call her name, clap, etc...

When my boy does it, he stretches his neck out and walks around fast.. I was just wondering if it has a specific name? It's so cute.
