Spartacus you are raising some  great Homestead chicks, all you need to finish them out is a couple 8-10 yr old kids to carry them around all afternoon.

Winkle that is my near ideal homestead chicken that you are discribing.   Add in hefty broilers and roasters and that rounds it out.   I like the egg scale, where are they available?
