This is the Genisis Hova Bator, 1588 model.  It is pre-set and very accurate, so no need to hassle with getting the temp. set correctly.  I have always had good hatches with this incubator and you can't get any easier than this...

I would personally let them hatch out in the incubator and if you'd like to see if your hen will raise them, try popping them in underneath her after they hatch.  Just be sure she is good and brood before trying that one.

I love that stage of raising chicks!  The teenager stage is always a fun one.  Cute chicks!  I see several roosters in your bunch too.
