I think this year it is colder than it was same time last year, I think I only had a day or 2 or below freezing during the turkey egg laying last year, but next week they are calling for below freezing just about every night, my plan...

There is some "magic" number that they know to set on, it may be around 10 or so, and until they get the number they feel good about they won't set on them.

Yup 2 weeks collecting should be fine, I will probably do ~10 days and then let them do their own thing (put their eggs out in an approved nest).
