Looks good but I don't think the fan blowing directly on the chickens is helpful because they dont sweat.  You might be better off putting the fan in the window so it circulates fresh air and brings in cooler night-time air.

You could put her in a bag in the freezer until the ground softens.  I had a 2 day old die this spring and put her in the freezer until I had time to bury her.

Victor disposable fly traps work really well,  I highly recommend them.  I tried the RESCUE disposable bags from Lowe's and they didn't work at all for me.
Yep, too many roosters.  I have 1 roo and 10 hens so Gordy stays very happy!
I highly recommend a fully covered run so no hawks fly in and no coons climb in while they are roosting.  I also would cover half the run with a solid top to keep out the rain and provide some shade, the other half only covered...
