Thank you both, this is making me wish our problem fox was around instead. I'll keep a close watch on the hens and keep setting the trap, not much more I can do. Every week is a learning experience with chickens!
We've got a large trap, we keep a few different sizes around, just in case.     I'll definitely work on that pen before I put any more birds in there, it's really my fault for not doing what I should have to begin...
