 What was the RH in the incubator when you discovered the pip? And how big was the pip? Did you have the incubator open a long time adding water, taking out the turner, candling etc? If so the RH may have taken quite a while to...
Guinea eggs are a little forgiving for the first few days... she does need to make up her mind soon tho, lol. Do you have an incubator, just in case?

Here's my latest hatch from earlier this week... 29 more keets. They seem so tiny compared to the Turkey poults I've been hatching lately, lol   And my latest hatch of poults... 25 this time, that makes 45 so far,...
I do have a flock of 11 Guineas that have gotten along perfectly fine with my flock of chickens (mostly Roos) tho... if you consider Silkies as chickens, lol. But the Silkie Roos never try to mount the Guinea Hens, so far.  
LOL, exactly... that's why I call my full-time free range flock my "Guinea Gangstas".
