We did this once with bluebirds.  Both parents died so we took the eggs and incubated them just like chicken eggs and they all hatched!  Good luck!

Mine did that too.  I externally pipped them on day 21 since there was still no movement, then 6 hours later when no progress we carefully helped ours out.  Our darkest eggs were shrink wrapped so at least some of them made...
