Great job!  It might be good to add a bit more ventilation--the cleanout door could have a window in it with hardware cloth to give you cross ventilation.  Those tiny coops get very hot.  It will be room for 3 full-size...
Just ask to see their set-up, what kind of food they feed, how predator-proof their coop is, and if they free-range or are going to keep him in a cage or pen.  
I agree with keeping them all together as long as possible.  When you separate birds even temporarily it messes up the pecking order, so be sure to either remove all of the cockerels together to a bachelor coop, or be sure you...

Please don't clip wings.  It doesn't help at all, then you find out it ruins their looks of their wings until they molt at 18 months.  I did 1 wing on some of mine when I first got chicks that were older and flying over my 4...
