They have lots of room = but how much room is lots?
Do they free range out of the coop/run into a yard area?
Inspect for injury. Check & treat for mites/lice.

Nope not three - is someone home with you? I've read alot of posts about sneaky family members joking around by putting eggs in when someone is anxiously waiting for the 1st egg.

Help them onto the roost when it's roosting time for a week or so if you can... "train them" to use it.
Make sure the roosts are at least 4" wide so the whole foot is on it. (a 2x4 with the 4" side flat)
