I find Brinsea very expensive. It depends on what and why you're incubating. Do you incubate thousands of eggs? Do you incubate expensive eggs? Are you constant hatching chicks? As for me, i hatch for fun so i use an incubator i made...
You are a week in, and to be honest i see nothing in that egg. It doesn't even look like it was fertilized. You should be seeing a lot more. I'm almost 100% sure that egg is bad. Sorry.

It's low but it's fine. It won't do any damage. 
Could be a genetic mutation. Could have been the power outages. Most likely it was the inconsistent temperature.
