Wondering if there is a database of quality breeders in the western North Carolina area, or even east TN or northern GA. Half my flock was lost to a dog attack and am interested in getting some quality birds from a good breeder. Thanks.
Both of these were home hatched. However...our first chickens, one of which is still around, came from an auction....I'm guessing she's a carrier. At this point though, we either deal with it, or cull 60+ chickens and start over....
How is that possible? Caused by a virus?
