Sounds like wry neck.  Usually the result of a head injury or nutritional deficiency.  What are you feeding?  You might want to try giving her a few drops of polyvisol orally daily and see if that helps.

You have to pull the feathers, you can't get the egg sacks off.  Depending on how soon the show is, there may be time for the feathers to grow back.
Without knowing the genetic background of the whites, the most you can say is that the offspring will be carrying at least one copy of the blue gene.  Everything else would be an unknown.
