Maybe a rose comb brown leghorn? Is the white circle his earlobe?

From TSC they're almost certainly Tetra Tints. Definitely not leghorns, too short and thick.

Sounds like you had lower than recommended temperatures. Make sure your thermometer is properly calibrated.

Could be a blue Andalusian. They come in blue, black and splash. I'm guessing a Blue Splash Andalusian. I think Langshans have feathered shafts. Also, will have white earlobes if it's an Andalusian.

At 4 weeks old, I see a rooster.

It's hard to tell, but I would guess RIR.
