yep, & they have evolved/learned to rattle (vocally) like a rattler too, around here..... I moved 11 of them off my place last year (a couple miles away) - this year none yet. gotta love 'em tho they are good...

I have taken chicks that young out in those conditions.   What kind of treatment did the lawn have? Maybe check with the manufacturer for any possible problems, on the bag or online. 30 days and any watering...

Well, I guess I am in the same boat with the rest of you - waiting on guinea eggs- I have picked up over a dozen from the turkeys (3 hens) now. And I have a pea hen that has started laying, out of 9, so they may be late...

Many poultry do use LGD's for their flock, me included..... And they will swear by them.
