Apparently I had a big DUH! moment. Candled and was able to tell. Thanks to both of ya!

I have a girl that's laying an egg that's rounded on both ends and they are close enough that I can't distinguish which end would have the air pocket. There is one end that is darker, so is that the air pocket end?

Just check the bator and I have two OE's with pips. I'm usually a laid back kinda guy but I want these things out so I can see them! Only 25 more eggs to go.

Lark Rise, The 8 week splash all look like pullets to me. Your blues look like they are correctly labeled. Your 5 week old are a little harder, but the dark one appears to be a cockerel and the other could well be a pullet. Anyway,...
