I was also wondering.....my first batch of chickens were not let out to range until they were older as I was concerned about my dog attacking them. Now that I know she and our pup we added are not chicken killers we got more chicks...

Has your doctor checked her sinuses?  I ask because I have a difficult time sleeping without waking, I fall alsleep breathing through my mouth, as I cannot get enough air through my nose because my sinus passages...
I do not have any advice. I feel your pain!  I also have a hen that none of the other hens want around. If she comes close to the flock they will chase her off. They pick on her at night to try and get her to leave the roost area....
