Hen door used to be covered by wood pile which I have been depleting this winter. Coop is 10' X 8' and and is attached to a garage. I can put a 12' X 8' covered run here and continue on around the front of the garage another 20'.

Junk, Junk, Junk - well I'm going to use it someday!!
The floor is dirt covered with 3/4" rubber horse mats.

Sliding coop door. I would add a screen door inset so on very warm days I can leave sliding door open.

New roof this Fall. And one of the mesh covered storm windows. I'm thinking I need more ventilation than just 2 ea. 30" by 12" windows. Maybe a couple of fully functional used windows left laying around.
