The final result of all our hard work remodeling a run down, neglected 1876 farmhouse.

My inspiration for the wrap around porch was a house that I saw in Michigan.

Not the greatest picture of the house itself. But this is what the place looked like just after we bought it. We had boarded up a door into the kitchen in preparation for the kitchen remodel. The original kitchen has 5 doors leading into it, which left very little wall space.

My favorite part of this picture is that the birdhouse in the foreground is in better condition than the house. :-)
