While I was out taking pictures, this pair commenced breeding. I only had kiddy pools last year, and that seemed like enough, so I did not change to the larger stock pools. I had not seen the girl's head submerged like this before though. It scared me a bit. The gander looks ragged because of all the fighting that had been going on before I finally split up the pairs. Things are much calmer now.
