Nearly finished product. Fully enclosed 4'x8' run. Coop is 3.5' x 3' with two roosts, 4 nesting boxes, easy open doors for egg collection & pull out pan for easy clean up. There is even room to hang a light or heat lamp for those cold winters. Has a draw-string door fashioned out of an old cookie sheet. I also created a watering system out of PVC & a 5 gallon bucket that is piped in from behind the coop.

Finising work that I will be completing this week: painting exterior trim to match redwood boards, stenciling my moto on the front panel, skirting the coop base & installing storage bin for cleaning supplies. Installing hooks, dome and electrical cord in advance of cold season.

Things I would change: I would make it taller! (I know right? Duh... lol). I would install the nesting boxes on the outside of the coop.
