Pros: Tame and easy to train, hard, close feathers make them mite resistant and they stay clean
Cons: Need to be kept warm if the temp gets too low. Not good layers.

I love Moderns in almost every way; their looks, personality, ease of care, etc. The hens talk to you almost constantly and with just a little handling will be tame as puppies. They are beautiful little birds and so fun to watch as they bounce around on their ridiculously long legs.
