Pros: Easy, cheap to feed. Easy/ normally tame. Beautiful, many colors. Good around other pets. Dominant, not usually bullied. Great house pet.

Cons: Too fearless. Cannot free- range alone, if attacked easily killed. Hard to hatch, chicks are fragile. Co

My SQ serama hen, May, is beautiful, fearless and cuddly. She is small B class or large A class, not sure as the scale I weighed her on was rather confused. She goes everywhere, Home Depot, the feed store, Molbacks, sometimes even school. She has a much deeper bond with me than any of my other chickens. May has such a large personality, sometimes I wonder how she ever fits it in her tiny body

Do you put her in a diaper when you take her places? A lot of people talk about bringing chickens in the house or car, but I always wonder what to do about droppings.
Great review :) Sounds just like a serama.
nashvillechick, Ive been wondering the same thing... Ive always wanted to have a house chicken!
It would be lots of fun, but I can't handle poop everywhere. And I guess I need to let my cats get old and move on to cat heaven before bringing in what they'd surely see as the best toys ever!
