SHIPPING
We'll ship your order via USPS (usually via Priority Mail) within the continental US only.  If you would like your items shipped outside of the continental US please contact support: sales@backyardchickens.com

RETURNS
We accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping) only if the products are unopened, unused, and in "as new" condition.

WARRANTIES
We guarantee our products from defects for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If the product is defective when received, we will repair or replace the product for you, or offer a credit in our Online Store. Our Clothing products are of high quality, but may shrink or fade if subjected to extreme washing conditions. We cannot accept any returns on our clothing products, unless they are defective when received and sent back unlaundered and in the original package.
