Well I spent all day today blitzing the coop against red mite and I mean blitzing,, 5 hrs....but was getting big grief from Daisy who wanted in the coop while it was being cleaned.
She is a bit feisty to say the least..
Anyway, after cleaning but just prior to setting the boxes I went to answer the phone. Found
this return..ha ha...great isn't it..
Is this a new twist in the fight agains red mite by using low profile buckets instead of nesting boxes?
Couldn't you smear under the lip with vaseline preventing the mites getting into the bedding?
