What day is this egg? Staggered hatch. Help!!

I lowered the humidity to 50% and just candled it again. The chick seems to be huddled really close to the air cell, with about 1/4 of empty space in the skinny end of the egg. I saw movement inside. I'm terrified this baby will be deformed!
This is day 15 of being in the incubator after the original 5 hatched, and a week past when the first incubated egg hatched.

Maybe I need to stop candling, but I can't!:fl
