Hey folks, I am looking to hatch my second batch of chicks and am curious as to whether it is better to do it via an incubator or broody hen? I have two very broody light brown leghorns who would be up to the task as they lay on all of the other non fertilised eggs.

Does one way have more benefits/a better hatching rate or is it just simply down to the egg? Thanks!

What i have noticed if the chick is raised by a hen the chick is more wild then raising in a brooder. when raised in a brooder the chick sees you as the mom .
